Super Saiyan, you sir win the internet. First time I ever laughed out loud on a BB forum!
The awesome thing about those shops is that picture is so douchey, most of those hair styles actually look fitting.
The only way this thread gets any better is if OP chimes in again.
Good God Super Saiyan, that is some of the most outstanding shit I have ever seen!!

Ha - yea you just came in here and blew that shit right up…lol…priceless.
I’ve seen a lot of clowns on a lot of BB boards, but this one is a top-notch fuck up.

ROFLMAO. I think the first shopjob is the best.

Exactly. That is why you will never see pics of Ryan or others who choose to use this board as an internet “Bro-science regurgitation playground”.[/quote]
are you really retarded or do you just keep ignoring things i say to start an arguement. i have said to like 3 times now i will be posting pictures as soon as im done my bulk, for fuck sake.
also me posting bro-science? any examples of this?
regarding the other post, what about those that are big who take advice from those smaller?
lyle mcdonald, alan aragon, ian mccarthy, eric helms all these people are not huge by this sections standards yet know more about muscle building, nutrition and exercise physiology than almost anyone on this site.
knowledge is not determined by your physique if that were true IFBB pros would be the best people to get advice from. yet their not and spread around alot of misinformation. e.g phil heathe saying that protein from real food is superior to a whey protein powder.
if anything you x seem to be the master of bro science. derp muscles built with steroids look different.

Those people are definitely proven, yes, but that’s the thing. They have proven results through various clients to demonstrate their knowledge. This STILL necessitates proof of results.
And additionally, I will say that this is also a counter argument I see a lot from people who are neither big or strong, and it seems to carry the implication that these people have at least successfully coaches various clients, but usually when I press for details, they have neither personally succeeded nor have they produced a client that was successful. On another forum, I had a guy telling me what it takes to deadlift 600lbs. I had deadlifted 600lbs, he had not, but in his opinion it didn’t matter, because he read a lot on the subject. When I asked if he ever coached anyone to a 600lb deadlift, he had not.
Honestly, if Phil Healthe told me protein from real food is superior to whey protein powder, I would start eating more real food. The guy clearly knows how to get big. Is he going to be right 100% of the time? No, but if I did 100% of the things he said to do, I’d still be pretty successful.
Too funny! Super Saiyan is the best.

thats what i was getting at. alot of them are very knowledgeable but not very big, most people on this website wont take advice from someone who isnt jacked which is stupid.
phil heahte does clearly know how to get big, im not going to bring in the massive amount of drugs he uses into the argument, but does it mean its the best way or that he is most knowledgeable… no it doesn’t. this is the thing you would take phil heathes misinformation because he is big but if someone small were to give you the same advice you would not pay attention which is dumb.

I dont know about C_C. Lewhitehurst stopped coming around shortly after he claimed a 495lb incline bench for up to 15 reps (which would be a world record lift) and people called him out on it.

like X said, no one wants to hear regurgitated information from newbies. Until you’ve actually been using that information for months/years and can make an actual judgement on whether it is accurate, why post it as if it is definitely true? Anyone can read anything on the internet and regurgitate it, I don’t know why inexperienced people like to pretend to be experts on these forums.
ian mccarthy knows more about muscle building than anyone on this site? good joke… then why is his progress so bad?
it’s funny how some of the small people will brag about how much they “know” and have no results at all to back it up
personally I’d rather hear from someone who actually lifts than someone who reads textbooks and poses in front of bookshelves for their youtube videos
You guys need to take the arguing to another thread. This one is reserved for LOLs.

surely no one is this stupid. so you would follow phil heathes advice blindly about everything training, nutrition and gear with out doing any research at all?
typical idiotic response from frogger as usual. regarding ian mccarthy, his physique is improving. he give out information based on research and science, his physique does not reflect the information he puts out. what is wrong with regurgitated information if its good information.
EDIT: this is my last post in this thread.
