Physique picture progress log

I’m making this just as a way for me to quickly assess my physique pictures (not having to scroll through my log). Feel free to leave comments, but, we should try not to clutter this too much.

June 2024 131lbs, 5’7", just turned 14.

June 2025 150ish lbs, 5’7", 15 years old
Haha had some fun with the one. (no I did not have a “hollow cheek” look)

8/24/2025 15 years old 5’7" 160lbs? Not sure.

December 31st 2025 170lbs 5’7" still 15 years old. Pretty much how I am at the moment (Jan 12 2026)
Take a lesson: Follow the conditioning in TB or else you will gain some undesirable weight. And don’t pig out with crap over Christmas, that too.

Jan 29 2025 172 lbs

End of Mass pictures. I got significantly chunkier. Oh well. Il be starting operator+black, and one of my goals (which diet will be helpful for) is losing a bit of fat. Partly for abs, but also because it will improve agility/speed, and it will allow me to feel more comfortable in clothing (I’m fine with how my body looks I don’t care all that much. But it doesn’t feel nice sometimes)
Will be posting weekly progress pics. Also going to be making videos, but just for myself. I think il make my YouTube channel again.

Don’t forget legs are about half of your physique.

Yeah, I gotta take some pics of them. Will do that now actually.

Well heres the legs, not great posing, as I normally don’t pose legs. The video on my channel flatters them more, more definition.

There is plenty of time to master posing your legs, if that is a route that you want to take.

I mean, I might learn to do so if I do it enough, but its not a real goal for me.

Got rid of the YouTube channel. Its too vain. Too much emphasis on how I look.

March 1st 2026 174.5 lbs. Had some fun with censorship.

Never mentioned on here I stopped the cut on that March 1st. Il post pics on Wednesday. I haven’t gotten leaner, if I’ve changed at all. Still about 173lbs though

April 1 2026 173lbs… still 5’7.5"

IMO, you have a better body composition a little less weight. I liked to train where I could easily see major muscle group separation. Find a body weight right at 170lbs and try to get stronger on your compound lifts.

I like to see a clear outline that sets your abs apart from the rest of your body. (I don’t mean see distinct, individual ab development.) I like to see a distinct bottom line for your pecs in a front relaxed pose.

Whatever you do, don’t allow any of your compound exercises to get weaker. You are in a continuous strength building period, and will be for quite a few more years. Just don’t get fat in the pursuit of strength.
