If any of you have time, I need your help for a second.
I’m working on a presentation, and I’m looking for that awesome picture with a kid squatting. The bar is dipped to one side, he’s screaming/in pain, he’s got a sissy pad on his back, etc.
Basically, it exemplifies everything that is wrong with squatting and strength training. Could anyone here hook me up with a link to it? I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Ironic things to say, coming from a guy with your “physique”. It helps to look the part if you want to give out lifting advice. Especially if you’re going to slam others, making yourself look even more foolish in the process.

It doesn’t take an experienced powerlifter/weightlifter to know that he’s squatting like a fucking imbecile. MR is great at what he does which is helping athletes/strength athlete avoid injuries. And who’s to say he’s not a strong guy for his size?

When you have people like Cosgrove, Berardi, DeFranco, Cressey, Ferruggia and Even-Esh giving testimonials on your behalf there’s a good chance that you are qualified to judge when someone has poor exercise form.
