The face said it all. Good hussle my man. Keep up the gains.

Awesome stuff.

9th May:

A. Military Press:
barxsome
30kgxsome
40kgx5
50kgx5
55kgx9
55kgx10 (+2 Pr)
55kgx9
60kgx3 x2

B. DB Bench:
40kg bell’s 5x5 (Didn’t push it too hard on these, shoulders were fatigued)

C1. Wide Grip Pull Ups:
3x10-12

C2. FacePulls:
3x15-20

C3. CGBP:
3x10 @80kg

Notes:
Military press was feeling solid enough, seems like its starting get ever so slowly better. The little pull-up/facepull/bench super set thing at the end got me sweating and cultivated a nice pump. Haven’t done pull ups in months so was surprised at how easy the wide grip pull ups felt. Skwaaaatz tomorrow.

Strong military and pull ups.

You’ve got quite a head start in the bench race. I’ll just have to get super fat and destroy you.

Only by 5kg or so, nothing major. I have a feeling this will be a race in which cultivation of the power belly is going to be more important than weight on the bar.

Is cultivating your new favorite word? Yeah I probably won’t reach it while I’m searching for hawt abz. Thankfully the winter is long and cold in Denmark haha.

I think it might be, it just implies a sense of care and love that I put into making my power belly or “strength fat” as I like to call it, grow.

Missed you today breh!

10th May:

A. Front Squats:
60kgxsome
80kgxsome
100kgxsome
120kgx9 (+2 Pr, ez)
130kgx5 (+2 Pr, almost lost in on rep 5)

B. Rdls:
60kgxsome
100kgxsome
belt
140kgx8
150kgx7 (Pr, not sure by how much though. Possibly a +2 Pr)

C. Chins:
5 sets, 8-10 reps (straps for last 2 sets)

Notes:
Happy enough with the front squat PRs, the 130kgx5 set was easy enough until rep 5 which I had to grind to absolute fuck to finish, literally felt myself going back down as I tried to grind it out. Wasn’t feeling the RDLs so didn’t put a huge amount of volume in. Was hard getting in the zone without any stims or caffeine this morning so that probably explains why I didn’t go mad on total volume.

Zero Craze? ARE YOU MAD???

You’re the king of the Front Squatz!

D2. Tricep pushdowns:
3x8

Notes:
Messed around testing out my new bench max, played it conservatively and worked up to 115kg for a very easy single. Taking a closer grip with my benching from now on, so all in all its about an inch and a bit in from where it was when I hit 110kg sometime back in february (I think). Should have gone heavier today looking back on it. Not sure why the back down set at 100kg felt so heavy, should have been good for 8. Military pressing is starting to feel nice again, good to be back at it.

Sweet PRs! Your pressing is going up very nicely indeed. I shall have to catch up asap.

Finally settled on a set-up and grip width that works for me, combined with shoulders that are beginning to feel somewhat healthy. Also I’d imagine getting strong on DB bench and military prussssing would help. Also getting my bulk on. Choose any of those really!

Suppose I should go like you and choose all of them.
