whey proteinz you say? How big are your doses? Are you injecting it straight in the muscles? Which flavor? Do you cycle on/off?

Currently I’m doing an oral cycle, It’s a bit more taxing on my liver but it makes life a lot easier. In terms of flavours, I’ve tried them all, but cookies and cream seems to get absorbed into my system a lot more efficiently. My pct is currently eggs and peanut butter and jam sandwiches. I’m currently working in 3 month on/off cycles to avoid bitch tits and mood swings. Hope this helps.

Thought I’d try maxing out on bench to see where I’m at after such a long layoff. 112.5kgx2 is up from my previous 1rm of 110kgx1 which I hit sometime towards the start of February. Not a huge increase but considering the shoulder issues I’ve been having and not being able to actively train flat bench heavy I’m pleased with the gains. My set up (based on the vid) didn’t look 100% and my lockouts were really uneven (probably something to do with the fuarked shoulder), annoyed I didn’t lock the third rep out as I genuinely thought I had it. It will fall soon though.

Strong looking bench. I was quite surprised you didn’t get that 3rd rep. Are you always doing the bench with a little bounce or are you pausing it sometimes?

Depends from set to set really, didn’t think too much about it at the time. Might have been because it’s been a while since I’ve benched properly so it was more pronounced.

Notes:
Solid enough lifts today, would of like 135kgx3 rather than x2 but I was getting choke out a bit by the bar so left it at 2 reps. Rdls felt solid enough, 160kgx3 was a bit of a grinder. Threw the benching in for lols as I’m just messing around with grip widths to see which suits me best, the width I went today was half way between my usual bench grip and my close grip. It felt decent enough.

I need to man up, showing me up too often now man.
