Phil Heath

If you’re such a fucking pro why would you even need to ask about his routine. Go ask your npc steroid users 300lbs behemoth friends what they do when they up the dose and all?!
? So asking about someone’s routine now means you are clueless? Honestly, this much bitching for a question that simple does’t make you look good.

You seem very emotionally affected by that question.
You really don’t see how someone could interpret that as you thinking his routine is responsible for the bulk of his arm growth since turning pro? If you say that isn’t what you meant to imply then cool i believe you but don’t act like everyone is a douche bag because they interpreted your post as such.

WTF? If I was a NEWB I could see this reaction. Seeing as I’m not, the only explanation is the same bullshit as usual. Who here that has been lifting past a year thinks pro bodybuilders don’t use steroids? Why the fuck does that need to be discussed in EVERY thread no matter the topic?

If I ask what his routine is, I need a bunch of guys logging in to tell me it is all drugs?

Why?

Phil has nothing on Ronnie. Even arms I would say Ronnie had better. Maybe Ronnie’s arms weren’t as full but in poses (RDB, FDB) they were just beyond huge and they didn’t look so big on his gargantuan body. Huge waist? Maybe post 2003, but in his prime Ronnie didn’t own a gut. Phil is slowly developing a gut, his waist is relatively wide. I’m not hating on Phil, I’m just saying that you can’t even compare him to the GOAT.

That aside I think the more muscle Heath has the uglier he looks. Compare his back to Dorian’s back. Doz’s back actually looked like a real hard muscle, not some balloons. The sport is going backwards. More chemicals than training.

Where the hell did anyone say that you claimed they don’t use steroids? People said smarter/more drug use is a more probable cause for his continued growth then some kind of special arm routine.

Again you really can’t fathom how anyone could see how this implies you think his routine is responsible for most of his arm growth since turning pro? It’s not the fact that you asked about his routine, it’s the way you asked that made it sound like you were implying you thought his routine is the main cause of his arm growth since turning pro.

PX the more you type in this thread the more you look like a fool
Why would you even consider Phil’s arm progression greater then all his other bodyparts I.cant even understand

Of course he implied that and that his arm.had better progression
But now obvi.we.gonna get a backpedall 101 class

are there better quality steroids?

are steroids like marijuana?

i thought pharms had certain standards…?

the way you guys prioritize drugs for his training gains makes it sound like non-pros are using fucking vegetable oil lol

and despite his genetic predisposition to have gorilla arms i would be curious about this routine, as well, if only for informative purposes.

I wonder if pros “usually” change their routines significantly whence they reach that level? i think of other sports, and the answer is “usually” not really…

Hey look Phil Heath in 2003 or something. I wonder what changes he made to his routine so that his arms grew bigger.

Do you not see that his arms were already out of proportion (too big) for the rest of his physique?

Why would you think all of a sudden he changed something so that his arms kept growing

Hey, his delts grew too, so did his chest and legs and lats and traps, I wonder what he changed to his routine
Damn, thats a good pic. yeah i guess id agree pretty much everything besides his arms have had the most improvement. his arms looks as big as jays there while his upper body looks half the size lol

Not that i wouldnt mind looking like that
heavythrower wrote:
lol at butthurt. not me.

to be honest, once these mutants get to the level of all the guys you mentioned, it is hard for me to tell much difference in them.

I was asking because it seems so many people are going nuts over his size on websites like these. I am trying to develop an “eye” for assessing physiques at this level, i was just curious what others thought.
Traps look beastly in the new avatar pic.

As far as what 165statechamp is saying, about the only BBer’s who are worth mentioning against Phil that have him beat in the size department are Kai, Yates and Coleman. IMO Yates and Coleman in their prime would beat Phil everytime, but right now i dont even think Jay has the size to compete with Phil.

EDIT: In 2 years though i would say either Brandon Curry or Evan Centopani may be serious contenders for the title of Mr. O.

Thats exactly.what im.saying.first sentence was.sarcastic. PX talks.like.if.Phil’s arm.suddenly blew.up more.than all his other bodyparts when he.turned pro.when clearly.they did not

Because only Phil has access to quality drugs. All his competitors only use protein shakes, creatine, and NO-Xplode. Anyone can be Mr. O if they want all you have to do is take roids, but it takes hard work to have summer abs can you handle that MR.X? huh huh? Do you see these HAWT ABZ in the Mirror? Got some clothes you want to wash?
zraw wrote:
I also think Flex Wheeler looked better than Heath

Will see how much more he can improve though
Good comparison, but that’s a tough call for me. Somehow Phil edges him out in my opinion.

Why in Hell does every fucking thread turn into a “let’s shit on Prof X” fest?

Is anyone else as tired of it as I am?

God damn, you people better wake up on the right side of the bed more often. I’ve never seen a bigger bunch of cranky little men trying to vie for the spotlight around here.

Kai blew.up just.as.much as.Phil.did, if not more. Many pros blew up.in.size.when they.turned.pro.in.fact
Must be.the routines

Jason Huh.now.on.FST-7. Cant.wait for.him.to.blow up

PX, you really think out of all the different variables in bodybuilding (drugs, nutrition, training, etc) that Phil Heath’s ROUTINE was what caused him to make the major improvements that he has over these past few years? Especially in this era of chemical bodybuilding?
? I asked about his routine. What in ANY post I’ve written makes you think I believe his routine alone is why his arms improved?

I asked about volume because of what I have heard from others with regards to steroids and significant progress on the arms. I do believe the real question is why the hell someone who has been lifting as long as I have can’t ask a simple question about his routine without jackasses acting like they know more than everyone else.

The douchebag level on this site has grown out of hand.
Sadly it’s a trend that looks to continue around here.

You’re certainly not the only one. It grew old about 3 years ago.

Was reading this thread this morning and thought almost exactly the same thing, ID.

I may not agree with everything PX says, but I sure as shit don’t feel the need to point it out every chance I got.

I’d rather post cat pics

It literally has been three years of this shit.

That is fucking sad.
