have a giggle fit you ficking tool

I could probably start a whole 'nother thread of this question, but I’ll give it a shot here to hear what you guys have to say:

Phils Arms, Platz Legs, Ronnies Back, etc…

Certain pro’s seem to have stand out body parts. What is it that determines this? Their training? Their genetics? If Platz coached someone for 20 years could he build crazy, out-of-proportion style wheels on them? Same with Phil and someones Arms?

I am personally inclined to think “no” - You basically end up with a bigger version of what you start with, and certain people just have bigger body parts that respond better than others.

How sayeth the Nation?

lololololol

fuckin really

hahahahahahahaha

theyre bananas

but they sing and dance

this shit, is, in fact, BANANAS B A N A N A S

I guess what I mean is, the amount of size he has gained on those arms is truly insane just since he went pro. I really want to know what his routine usually is to pull that off. I want to know if he does way more volume now…or if he really is just some genetic freak who stumbled upon 15 extra inches on the biceps.
Better drug usage along with more money to finance this since turning pro probably has nothing to do with this either… must be the routine…

Come on you know better than that
Of course that’s part of the equation. But we’re discussing Phil’s arms. And we all know that the 'roids are so smart they knew exactly where Phil wanted more mass… in his arms.

Im not even sure if you are serious or if this is a joke

Let me ask you this question

If a guy already has a pro genetic and his arms are his best body part and then the guy keeps training the same what bodypart you think will grow the biggest and freakiest

His already god given genetic bodypart or all of his other bodyparts

Hell, they could all grow at the same rate they grew when he trained unnasisted or not as assisted as he did/does when he turned pro and his arm would still be freaky

Thinking its the routine is ridic imo. His arms were always his best bodypart and roids just accentuated that

I completly agree and cant even believe some people seem to think Phil suddently adjusted something in his routine that made his already stand out bodypart stay an already stand out bodypart when everything else was also growing

will stop now

wanttobelean youre a fucking tool

wooooooooo Smackdown is about to start

Now back to the thread’s oruginal intent

Read my earlier post of how Phil went for months NOT training his gifted arms so they wouldn’t look too big and overpower his delts.

Yet they still get worked when he does any pulling or pressing movements wether you like it or not. And obviously his arms are genetically gifted so I would think that some stimulation + awesome drug use would get them to grow yes.

What is the definition of “awesome drug use”?

More drugs
More compounds
Better quality drugs
Smarter drug use
whatever the fuck

^^This seems pretty simple… I dont see why people think its anything different then better/more supps and nutrition.
