Phil has nothing on Ronnie. Even arms I would say Ronnie had better. Maybe Ronnie’s arms weren’t as full but in poses (RDB, FDB) they were just beyond huge and they didn’t look so big on his gargantuan body. Huge waist? Maybe post 2003, but in his prime Ronnie didn’t own a gut. Phil is slowly developing a gut, his waist is relatively wide. I’m not hating on Phil, I’m just saying that you can’t even compare him to the GOAT.

That aside I think the more muscle Heath has the uglier he looks. Compare his back to Dorian’s back. Doz’s back actually looked like a real hard muscle, not some balloons. The sport is going backwards. More chemicals than training.

hard as hell
none of this synthol HSF7 or whatever bs
he definetly reminds me of flex…overely inflated balloon looking muscles thanks to synthol abuse. Pretty sad. I d take the hard wired look over this garbage any day
Where the hell are you getting your info? I doubt Phil is full of synthol.
Why would he deny himself a competitive advantage? The margin between him and his competitors is razor thin, he’ll do anything to distinguish himself.

Either that or his routine is out of this world.

one thing I know is that a persons use of the term “haterz” or variations of(haters, hating, ect) is inversely proportional to their intellect.

He has superhuman MMC, does barbell complexes, ring pullups, trains for performance and his arms blew up when he discovered that isolation work is not necessary.

And directly proportional to a persecution complex.

"When we talk about the use of synthol, I know a lot of people, from the local to pro shows, and 95% of all athletes in amateur and pro ranks are using synthol. I know judges using synthol or with silicon calves

I would like to give you a general answer - I don’t know anybody in the sport who is in any way successful - who did not experience synthol. Synthol use is as common as using a toothpaste for everyone in this world."

My mistake. It is now “truth” that Phil uses synthol. Please correct us with “the truth” whenever necessary.

If PH is using Synthol, then shouldn’t he be injecting his weaker areas, such as his chest?

Fwiw, I sincerely doubt that he’s using Synthol, anyway. Jmo.

I don’t consider myself particularly naive but SURELY that nasser quote isn’t accurate? With everything that is available I would assume that it was reserved as an absolutely last option for top tier pros… (or guys who don’t know what they are doing)

all natural no seo

Lol @ ppl thinking synthol users all turn out like that valentino idiot.

This is sad. I bet ppl think FST-7 is the best way to stretch the fascia too.

I suppose it does come down to the negative associations with the word “synthol”, obviously I can understand SEO use is common amongst the “freaks of size”. Doesn’t effect me anyway, I enjoy the freaks being freaks.

Yeah, it’s all relative. People not using any supplements look down on those using whey & creatine…people using supplements look down on those using AAS. People using AAS look down on those using HGH/slin. People using HGH & slin look down on those that site inject AAS. People that site inject look down on people that use site enhancing oils, Synthol and similar products.

Who cares? Professional BBers are not going to draw the line for moral/personal reasons. It’s the package they present on stage that matters, & nothing else.

And the only SEOs that you notice are the one’s that go wrong or have been overdone.

Where does the ab-abber 2000 fall in this? I need to know who to look down on.

You have peaked, sir. Be warned though, it’s lonely at the top.

All good points.

I personally want to get into natural bodybuilding and genuinely like to believe the playing field is reasonably close in terms of what they use (ie. legal supps only) (and I do believe that for the most part in respected natty feds). Obviously there are exceptions that, but I have to believe the majority of guys who want to use will chose to compete in a non-tested show, if only for my mental sanity.

I can see also see that for someone to use means a switch is flicked and regardless of what else they do after that they still aren’t natural in bodybuilding terms… so many may think they “might as well” use everything. I can definitely understand/appreciate that.

You have to do it for yourself. Natural bodybuilding is one of the most thankless activities IMO…you’ll struggle to show up on stage at a dry 170-175, and if you look too good people will just think you’re using PEDs. Not to mention the 1 step forward, 2 steps backwards process that occurs anytime life gets in the way of your routine.

I have so much respect for Stu for doing what he does year after year. The progress comes very slow at that level, and it’s so easy to backslide anytime training/diet is neglected. So much heart & dedication needed for that, and I’m happy to see him succeed.

Lots of natural competitors use anyhow because they don’t respond well to steroids & couldn’t hang at an untested show. Don’t let them get you down, and if a competitor who has clearly been using places above you, try not to let it get to you.

You look good though and seem dedicated, I wish you the best of luck & success in your endeavors.
