I still have nightmares of you and the speedo but keep up the training. I’m envious of your movement, awesome stuff. Take care.

Jump Rope 10 minutes, Foam Rollers, calf stretch. I was really happy with the floor presses. These put the stress dead on my tri and it help up pretty good today.
Colin, been following your rehab & training. Truly inspiring. Many of us played fball but I don’t think my body could take the pounding anymore. Hell, I used to be sore for a couple days after HS games. I gave up rugby after college. That was 22 years ago!
My thoughts and prayers go out to your son. Godspeed Big Wil!
Awesome pressing bro especialy the lockouts. Do you feel a lot of benefit from the foam roller? When you get time let me know. If I could press like that I’d consider the speedo, but it would ill effect small children. The best to you and your son.
I don’t know for sure Barry but I like the way it feels when I am done. Smarter guys than me say it is good for you so I’ll keep rolling out the kinks, lol. Thanks for the encouraging words Capt! I was just telling someone who asked me why the hell do I still want to play football at 44. I don’t have a good answer for that other than I think I can and now I need to know “if” I can. Hell if I fail at least I fail trying instead of wondering, eh?

…Looks to me like “if” isn’t the question! The question one might ask, in your case Colin, is, “am I still having fun?” We all know the answer to that one is “YES!!!” I think you’ll be playing as many years as it’s still fun…you have the tools and the mindset to go on for many more years; most impressive to me!!!
Let’s face it, he’s crazy. My last FB game I was playing for a bar(free drinks) and basically blocking. On kickoffs I would look for a guy who was’nt looking and clock him. Nothing like getting blasted from an old fart and you’re waiting for your runner to decide which way he’s going. Twice hit knee to knee. That’s why I can’t do squats like I should. Then I woke up and thought about their revenge. Colin, I’ll support you all the way.
I got a feeling we could make an awesome team out this Forum alone!Quick work out today just to get it in.

Love the vid bro and the leg press is great.
Leg press numbers blow my mind.Awesome bro.
Outstanding! That better get you some lovin’. Our leg Press machine doesn’t have the extra extension on the top. It only has the side bars for the weights. There was a lot of glare off something in the photo. Kind of round, and, oh, nevermind.
Nice number on the LP. What really caught my attention in your profile pics was the Charlie Brown photo.
I hope I’m laughing with you…
HAHA Yeah I did that for a halloween thing at work I was telling everyone I was Charlie Brawn…You got to be able to laugh at yourself.
Nice shot at the noggin chief. Well ya know God made some heads perfect and others he had to cover with hair…
