Phase length

Are three week phases long enough for periodization
I do a 3 week hypertrophy
One active recovery easy week
3 week Max strength
one active recovery easy week
3 week conversion to Power phase

All up this is 11 weeks
Is each phase too short to see results or ok?

three weeks is fine. Generally speaking beginers, say less than two years of training can go 4-6 weeks, intermediate say 3 weeks or so, and for more advanced athletes could go with 2 weeks. These aren’t laws just guidlines. so maybe start with 4 weeks but if you find the fourth week a week redundant try 3 and so on. In other word look at your journal and see when progress levels off. this is a bit of an experimental proccess. Hope this helps.
