Well its been a long run for me here at T-Nation but as always all good things must come to an end. A few knew this was coming but I wanted to make it official. We’ve had some funny moments here and I will always remember them. I may peek my head in here from time to time but it will be far and few between.

Although I havent been here long compared to most, I still wonder why people leave. Well, the regular people, at least PGA, you’re one of them.

If you have already signed off for the last time, well I guess we wont get our answer, but you’ll definitely be missed.

Hahha, I’m kinda like that too. I’ll disappear for a while, but I come back. I feel like it’s ingrained in me now. This place is too interesting to just give on completely.
