Could someone please refer me to a credible personal training certification program (I know it’s an oxymoron) here in Canada (ontario)? Thanks
American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or International Sports Science Association (ISSA) - any of those should do you well. Just do a google search for their websites.
The only nationaly recognized certification for “personal trainers” is the NSCA-CPT certification.
