Was at a wedding yesterday, drank a lot and went to bed around 3 AM, but feeling fine. Nice to know I can still do that at my age.

Doing heavy Zerchers is fun in a scary way, never knowing whether the bar will want to try rolling forward on my forearms or stay in place, but because the static hold is a big part of the lift I suspect doing higher reps with less weight is more productive.
