Before I’ve always done this counting the 10-second rests in my head. This time I did them honestly, staring at the second hand on a watch. Ow.
You learn something new every day, and today I learned that I can eat entirely too much greasy roast pork and half a baguette dipped in the grease, go deadlift half hour later, and the deadlifts will be a lot less nauseating than I expected.
