Hey, I haven’t checked in on your log since I started back up on the 1st of the year. Still over here doing steady, solid work with minimalist equipment, I see!

Yup, that’s what I try to do.

1x3: weighted pullup 26 kg
2x3: weighted pullup 28 kg
2x3: weighted pullup 30 kg
1x3: weighted pullup 32 kg

Had to attempt that last set twice - the first time the plates came off one side of the dumbbell I had between my legs, clattered loudly to the concrete floor. No real damage. I suppose fun things like that happen with non-minimalist equipment, too, buuuuut reloaded, tried again, did it for a weighted pullup PR. Getting less fat sure helps with this particular lift.

1x3: front squat 119 kg
2x3: front squat 121 kg
2x3: front squat 123 kg
1x3: front squat 125 kg

4x3: high pull 79 kg
2x3: high pull 81 kg

1x5: deadlift 179 kg
1x3: deadlift 201 kg
1x2: deadlift 203 kg

1x5: military press 75 kg
1x3: military press 79 kg
1x2: military press 83 kg

That’s getting pretty close to my own bodyweight. Should probably make that my next goal.

Can’t quite do those sets of squats with a set every minute, but a set every 90 seconds is doable.

3x3: deadlift 189 kg
6x3: pullup 24 kg
3x10: bentover row 73 kg

Still sore from the squats two days ago - cutting down rest periods will do that, I guess.

3x8: front squat 93 kg
3x8: military press 69 kg

Thanks! Didn’t do anything yesterday cause a guy I work with was getting married in the afternoon, so I got home after 3 in the morning and at least a dozen shots of vodka. Got less sleep than usual, but no hangover or anything. So, today:

3x4: pause deadlift 169 kg
3x12: pullup
3x8: cheat curl 49 kg

How?

They were really spread in time. The church wedding was at 3 PM, we probably started drinking around 5 PM and left the wedding around 3 AM, so that works out to less than two shots per hour. And there was plenty of food.

1x4, 7x3: back squat 119 kg

A set every minute and fifteen seconds.
