Still feeling kinda non-explosive but figured I might as well do a few cleans again. And no blood on the deads - left thumb seems to be 100%. I still wonder if I’m somehow doing the hook grip on the right thumb in a less stupid way, or something.

Felt pretty good so went for a fourth rep on the last pullup triple, got maybe 2/3 of the way up…

Noticed pants feeling looser at the waist the past week or more, weighed myself and the scale said 82.6 kilos. Whoa. Seems I’ve lost a bit of fat without trying to. No wonder the pullups felt easier last time, though I don’t seem to have gotten any weaker in anything else.

Grip fail on the last deadlift rep again, plus bloody left thumb on the last set. Not that it’s some significant problem or major blood loss, but maybe doing two sets of snatch grip and one set of light paused deads with a mixed grip would be smarter and let that skin maybe get as strong as the right thumb finally.
