After so many studies on health benefits of cold exposure, and so many people following daily routines of ice baths or cold showers, to just dismiss this option as “impractical” is really not serious. OK, a supplement from Biotest, but please, cold is one of the greatest tools that we have for many of the problems that we have.

I am 76. When I got out of the Army at age 20, I weighed 149. I still weigh 149. I have always slept in a cold bedroom. Even in the winter I keep the temp below 65. But I have always also controlled my food intake and have been lifting since 14. Except for arthritis I am still in pretty damn good shape.

This is a good article that supports why MD is such a great protein.
I apply cold therapy internally. I eat ice cream. So far it’s not working but I’m not giving up.
