How to make 9 week progress (strong 15) (85-93-100)
Upper/lower, twice a week.
Full body is hard for me.
I understand for press (every week same), but for lower body, if i make every other week:
One week:
Sq 5,4,3,2,1,1,1 and deadlift back off
Other week
DL 5,4,3,2,1,1,1 with SQ back off
This is not 9 week cycle, this is 18 week cycle?
Are you competing in powerlifting?
And what are you training for? What is your goal?

Training for strength. Powerlifting. Big 3.
I liked it, yours Strong 15, and i would like to try this program.
Then squat and deadlift on the same day. That’s how it’s supposed to be setup. That’s your 9 weeks.
