I currently have a 14 month old that I’m doing most of the caretaking for as my wife is 5 months pregnant and is having complications. Along with that, I’m, working and studying for a Project Management certification. I was knocking out 3 sandbag exercises sessions a week along with 3-4 days of long walks. However, my time is being trimmed to the bone. I was thinking of incorporating pushups and/or pull-ups into my day randomly. Example: Perform 15 sets of 15 pushups through the day. Is this a smart move or should I adjust in a different way?

Anything you do is fine as long as it keeps you connected and regular exercise is something you currently do instead of used to do.
Good luck with everything else too. You definitely have your hands full.
