percentage problem

hi all…

im about to start the second 4 week block of training for maximal size and since everything is for 12 sets of 4 reps i know im not going to be able to do it using my 4RM…what do you think would be a good weight to do it?..i was thinking of using my 6RM weight…any suggestions will help…

I’d say use your 6RM.

Most programs say use your n+1 (or n+2) RM, for x sets of n reps.

use your 8 rep max.
