Young, strong, and (dare we say?) in love! Enjoy this time of life. I always enjoyed summer workouts in the sun. Sacramento Valley summers, sweat like heck, but catching rays, getting tan. I think hysterical people have done a disservice to our nearest star. Good stuff!

Working out in the sun is the freaking best! Now we have shit weather again and it was like a glimpse into nearing spring that has been pulled from us! It will be back but I already notice how much of a difference the sun and some warmth made for my wellbeing!

Would absolutely be true! Although not with this woman. I think “having a crush” would be very accurate. I am in a wonderful loving relationship with a different woman though, so the description is still correct, haha. I live polyamorously. :slight_smile:

Well it’s less the star that should concern us per se but I think we should all be way more hysterical with what’s about to come unfortunately.

  • rest was fine, log is slowwwly improving and I had a bit of technical breakthrough maybe.

I think I have some good momentum on deadlifts atm but that’s not quite there yet. Front squats on the other hand could be up for grabs soon!

Digging the outside training area, is this the crossfit gym you were going to before ?

Nah it’s actually a gym belonging to a sports club. It’s small and has a friendly vibe. It mainly caters to athletes doing actual sports but anyone can use it. There aren’t any other strength athletes, the equipment caters less towards strongman and I can so far only store a little bit of my equipment but I honestly really like it there by now! And the outside training is amazing!
