I hope not. They’re gonna be terrified of growing up. At least when they read the part about how life sucks and existing is pain and stuff. But I got a big biceps, so we’re halfway there.
Thanks mate, I’m currently on a good path with my training and this is the most relaxed I have ever approached a comp prep. Whatever happens, will happen on the day.
Love this attitude. I really like the idea of making the training more simple and just moving some big weight around and just doing your best on the day. I feel like training for many people has got way too complicated and we have lost some of that old school grunt.
Oh for sure and I absolutely fall into this category. I know I’m not going to get great results given the events on the day but hey, I’m giving it my best shot and we will see what is there. It’s probably my only chance to step on the platform this year.

1 x (10m x (87 kg keg - 125 kg sandbag) - 150 kg sandbag)
couldn’t load the 150 kg bag because that’s 150 kg sand in a bag meant for 175 kg. It’s literally falling apart, it’s that lose. But I got it in my lap, which really is quite a task, I think.
