Everything feels extremely tight and tense. Spent some time trying to loosen stuff up. Also left lower rip randomly started hurting. Shoulder feels the best it has in 3 weeks though.

Quick, easy and enjoyable. Felt better than yesterday. I’ll probably start heavy training on Sunday or so.
Or you could have some nice bowls of great german pilsner.
You’ve just said you were pretty beat up, so maybe just wait til monday. But you know your body best so if you’re ready go ahead.
Confession time: I always have beer
Sunday would be more of a logistic choice because I won’t be able to train the weekend after due to my parents and sister visiting. But I will be listening to my body of course.
Great job kicking out these comps man. Solid work! So to continue our sporadic cultural questions, is non alcoholic beer as popular there as I’ve been led to believe? For the most part, the only time I ever see people drinking it here is when they’re trying to ween off the sauce.
Puh I’d say depending on who you are out with, you might be given a bit of shit for ordering one, however not as much as you get for ordering a Radler or god forbid a different beer mix beverage (yes I’ll be one of the people tearing you apart)! They aren’t unpopular per se though. People who have to drive or be sober for other reasons often order those. Alcohol free wheat beer is pretty popular and even advertised as a sports drink because of it’s isotonic characteristics. I enjoy one if I am going to the sauna.
To summarize I’d say it’s more of a substitute for regular beer but not a bad beverage. Who led you to believe it was popular?
Haha you mean like a snakebite? (Guinness and hard cider) I have to be in a special mood for a raddler. Sours are super popular here right now actually. I rag on light beers in general, but when it gets into the 40s(c) the good shit gets hard to drink. End rant lol.
I remember them harping about it during olympics that they had to import a shitload of non-alcoholic beer for all the Euros. I had never heard of it being a thing at all but the US media made it seem like it was all the rage. Makes sense as a sports drink actually.
To be honest I think you will get more shit if you try to order one of those than if you order an alcohol free one. Light beer is pretty much unheard of here. It was this year that I found out that something like that even was available at all in Germany. And only because I moved to Bavaria. In nothern Germany you won’t be able to even get it
Ha, thanks for the warning. For decades light American lager had the market over a barrel, but over these last couple of years the craft beer market has exploded and good beer is easy to find now. Hell my town only has 350k people, but 5 breweries. Is it true that y’all prefer is room temp?
It’s a weird Yank rumour that we drink room temperature beer. Of all the countries to talk crap about drink…
Ales and stouts should be served between like 6-8C or something I think. That’s warm for a lager but pretty cold for a room. Temps <5C are for lagers and whatnot. Some wankery to do with flavours and stuff I think.
