Don’t feed people’s expectations that are based on stereotypes of you. You have to anticipate them and avoid them, don’t engage the other side into an argument they expect to come from you.

Exactly. Towards the end of his segment he’d won the audience over. There was “chubby metro guy”, “bitter bespectacled woman with feminist leanings” and “Mr. Fantastic”, who boasted of his superior flexibility but never demo’d it.
The very worst part was when she shat all over his plans to qualify as a pipe fitter and PT.

Damn… I was just listening to Steve Winwood’s “Arc of a Diver”. I think that album is a classic and much better than his more popular stuff in the mid-late 80’s.
Still, that pop music is still better than what’s popular today, imo.

Technically, I agree about 80’s pop vs today’s pop, too. AutoTune is ruining music. And that’s only one aspect.
