People Scared of Servicemen

Is there a reason you feel the need to tell us this? Who give a shit if what your friend thinks?

I grew up right in the middle of Camp Lejeune and Chary Point, both Marine bases, and cant count how many fights my friends and me got into. Some time we “won” some times we didnt. Sometime they stared it some times we did.

bearcat1485 ~ “It would have even been fine if that asshole was a Marine, Marines deserve a good beaten too sometimes.”

But the point is I was in High School! when I did all of this.

Now Im in the Army and have some very good friends that are Marines, hell I might even get into a fight every couple of years, sometimes you just got to do it. But I dont go online just to tell ppl about it.

So keep it to your self b/c we dont give a shit

(edit) To every who says “why would you fight someone who fights for you?” If he didnt like the guy and the fought him just b/c he found out he was a Marine then yes thats shitty. But if the guy was a dick head and had it coming to him and just happen to be a Marine then who cares? He got what he was asking for.

But the fact that this guy feels the need to come online and tell ppl about it is what makes him dumb as hell.

Most service ppl dont advertise that they serve b/c we dont want special treatment b/c we are just like every one else. If some one is out of line and needs to be put back you handle it. Besides we do far worse to our own than any of you ever could.

From the Urban Dictionary:

If Lowell is the armpit of Mass, Lawrence is the taint.

All in all the city government is corrupt, it’s school system broken, and its residents the result. Rent is cheap, Restaurants ESL, police incompetent, drugs available, and stabbings plentiful.

On Broadway st. in Lawrence, you can get a haircut at 23 different barber shops, a car stereo at 18 separate locations, Crack, weed, heroin, Dunkin’ Donuts, a handgun, El Tipico, prostitutes, stabbed and arrested. On a half mile stretch of poorly maintained road.

Joe Cool: Where are you from?
Dick Harry: I’m from Lawrence Ma.
Joe Cool: That sucks.

Don’t be fooled pal, Marines go through MCMAP and I guarantee you some 150# “weakling” could easily end your life.

Just because this guy showed restraint doesn’t make you some kind of toughguy.

Im venting cuz i recently fucked up a former marine and before the incident my boy was like “yo, dont fuck with him, he was a marine”. now unless he has a gun or a knife i could give a fuck.i box and do bjj and feel that hand to hand they are not the badasses everyone thinks they are. no disrespect. just venting
You are projecting the outcome on one unverified fight against a former Marine and drawing a conclusion.

I suggest you challenge some other Marines to a fight and see how you make out. Try and catch a young guy like yourself fresh out of bootcamp or maybe a recon Marine just back from the sandpit. Tell him you kicked some former Marines ass in a fight with boxing and BJJ and you are going to do the same to him.

Keep us posted on how you make out.

…Also, tell him to avoid any damage to your writing hand because details are very important and we all await the sequel to “Marine Fight Night”.

Pfft, 1 marine? That’s nothing. I beat the crap out of the entire SEAL team 6 with their own boots.

Come on guys, you all know you’ve taken out some pretty serious opponents in your fighting lives. What was your best victory?

HAHA death dealing tan belt killers. I’ll be honest, MCMAP doesn’t teach you the really good shit until the higher belts. I unfortunately am just a highly motivated tan belt ninja.

LOL. I wish I could see you 3 weeks into Boot Camp with that attitude.

One thing very important in the military is a sense of camaraderie. You don’t seem to have any of that if “
alot of ppl in the military are bitches
”. We don’t need someone like you in it.

There I was, knee deep in hand grenade pins.

After crawling my way of out of my wreck of a humvee, I looked for my driver. “Oh s-t,” I muttered as I saw his charred corpse still gripping the steering wheel like some fat kid holding on to a churro for dear life.

I low-crawled into the crater left by the roadside IED that had demolished my ride. I watched grimly from my expedient fox-hole as jihadists closed in around me yelling, “Allahu Akbar!” as they fidgeted nervously with the safeties of their Kalashnikovs.

“Good thing I trained BJJ before deploying to this sandbox inferno,” I assured myself. As RPGs flew past my head in slow-motion, I leaped towards the nearest jihadist, took his back, and began to apply a rear naked choke, squeezing like a python. Finishing him off, I arm-barred off his dead limp arm and began wielding it like a club. I brained the next guy by smashing the arm socket ball directly into his temple. His eyes squirted out of their sockets like horizontally flying jellyfish. “If only Renzo could see me now,” I thought smugly. The rest of the damn dirty Arabs ran every which way, fleeing in every direction, while yelling, “Allah, save us!” in their filthy serpent tongue.

I cut off the last jihadists head and mounted it to the muzzle of my useless rifle like some macabre antenna ball. “Damn, it feels good to be a gangsta-pimp,” I mused.

3 of my friends went to bootcamp this summer

I have received a letter from 2 of them

“dude… our workouts back out home were way harder”

and

“this is the EASIEST fucking thing EVER!”

I can take a picture of one of the letters if you require proof, but I doubt you care that much.

Seriously, I know some damn pussies that made it through the USMC bootcamp… The american military isn’t as strong as you’d think it is… We just have better guns

If this was directed at me, I never said that bootcamp was the hardest workout ever. Someone well trained will walk through it. I was talking about his fucking attitude. I wouldn’t want any soldier near me who thought about the men standing beside him like that.

I hope he goes into the Army. That shit isn’t needed or wanted in any other service.

While you can give examples of letters, I have been in a superior position to these guys. I wouldn’t want someone under me or around me who thinks like this.

It would be a lot stronger if the tough-guy civilians back home would just shut their mouths and support it, rather than offering ill-informed opinions from safety.

Nobody hear thinks Marine or Army basic training is BUD/S. However, the grind of infantry training (you know, living out in the field), as well as the difficulty of military life in general is what makes people in the military tougher than you.

LOL.

They do seem to have lesser standards than the other services.

I’m sitting here thinking…

Yep…you might have a point. I’ve yet to see a fat Marine, and not that many fat bodies in the other services. But then, we are the largest force in the US. But then again…could be why I’m getting out in a couple of years. As for the OP… I like guys like him. I tend to get my jollies off by forcing him to cry aloud how badly he wants the beating to stop.
