Idk, are you from the area? If not, maybe you don’t understand what certain insults mean. Like, “retard” might means “dude” but with a frustration emphasis. I’d probably do the same if you went through your morning routine too. Not being rude, but yea, that is pointless info. All she wanted to know was when you were available. She wanted help, NOT to hear your habits. Not everyone is impressed by muscle, especially at a stress time like exam period.
or she could just be a crazy bitch, in which case you did the right thing.
It was implied that she wanted some sort of answer to what he does before 2 that prevents him from fixing the computer…
regardless even if he gave his life story… if you’re seeking help you do not insult the person that’s supposed to help you. You show them the same amount of respect you expect to receive
I agree on being respectful above all things. That said, If I’m stressing about a final and I have busted equipment its not out of character for me to “lose it” for a few seconds. I know its wrong but I also think its not uncommon. High stress situation (no comp+project due) added to a stalling (story about morning routine) may certainly lead to a little spill over.
I’m never gonna say its right, but I will say I like to consider all factors in situations before a “fuck that bitch” is given.
I mean, what if I offered to help you put up a decoration for Christmas and while I was there all I did was talk about carb cycling. I do think you’d get upset with me.
I am also aware of very disrespectful people and I totally condone telling them off. Which is what the second part of my post was pertaining to.
