I did some heavy(for me) db bench today,I used 90lb dbs and I normally use 70-75bs(It was a good day).I did some arm and back work and then I did 40 push-ups.After I did the pushups, 5-6inches down and back from my perctoral girdle felt sore.
I don’t normally feel sore there, and I was wondering whether or not it was because I went heavy today or if I overworked something?
