How many of these test days do you plan on doing? This is not the way to reduce cortisol levels in your body.
Get your ass in the gym and stay on your regular meal plan so you can continue to improve your body composition.

In my opinion you’re worrying too much about the last week and forgetting about present day. Taking diuretics for no apparent reason at 6 weeks out is idiotic. Your body isn’t going to respond the same way in 6 weeks from now.

yeah only 1 i never try and when i have cheatday i always wake up drier and fuller if i am low carbs days before.

The force i have YET to do any trial runs this is the first one now. I am on my 4th day depletion. so tomorrow will be the first one.

I dont wanna get on stage unless i can peak i am tired of getting shredded but cant fill up.
