Still on the fence between doing a PCT, as usual, and cruising (never done) after my Test-Tren-Winny cycle. Would like to hear from your first-hand experience. Which one do you do yourselves?
Gains are addictive indeed. If I end up going the PCT route again, the only thing I’d do this time differently is get back on cycle right after PCT and off-cycle period instead of what I’ve usually done over the years which is only do one cycle per year. Would you rather go that route?
(Also, to those who cruise, has anyone used injectable Test Undecanoate for cruising instead of Test E?)

No no, thats some sort of missunderstanding.
I believe that if you do steroids you blast and cruise, and when you are done you go on trt and die while on it.

I get it now, thank you! Before reading the thread, @hankthetank89 commented on my other thread about cruising how bad it is so I was under the impression that he was completely against that either. Still not clear what is the better option, tho! Hank, you said one would still look “natty” when cruising. So despite that, you’d still consider cruising your preferred option? Thank you for sharing that thread.
Main difference is that when you PCT you are below natty levels for a long time, and after being on super high hormones you crash down into super low.
I believe that the worst things for health are these high contrasts. For example, my 80yr old grandmother has had tripple the cholesterol over the norm all her life and the one thing she hasnt got problems with is heart. I believe if a person would have had normal cholesterol and then he would blow it up, thats when the problems start.
I believe that one can actually blast for years, as long as it doesnt impact him too much, and actually be more ok than blasting and pct’ing.
I noticed that when i was cycling as a kid i always got all the side effects when i started the cycle. But when i blast now for a long time i can do twice the dose with no side effects because my body is just adapted to the fact that the drug is there.
Cruising is better because there is less of a crash. Its also better because you will lose muscle SLOWER.
But you have to understand that you will lose it. Size and look is dose dependant. No one can be 300lbs on 3 grams of gear and 20ius of growth, and then drop to 250mgs and maintain 280lbs lean with tren-ish look.
For you tho, since you weight is lower than most people natty, if you are happy with what you have, i believe you could maintain it all on a cruise, because you havent really reached the natural limits yet.
I believe that since you are way below what most people achieve natural, you could even slowly gain on a cruise.
If anyone could help this might seem like a outrageous question.
Is it possibly to blast n cruise 12 weeks on blast 6 week on cruise … do this lets just say 3 times in a year even though we are falling abit short . …
then taper the cruise into nothing then PCT HARD with some peptides for amino help ?
Or by this time would you say reproduction have completely crashed beyond repair ???
This has been debated awhile. I tend to agree with Hank that blast and cruise is superior to cycle and PCT.
That said, IMO, you need to be on cycle (or blasting) more weeks of the year than you are off cycle (or cruising) if you want to optimize progress. Though I didn’t run long cycles, I was on cycle more than I was off cycle (the only PCT I did was 20 days of HCG when I could get it).
