PCT Needed if You Already Have Low-T?

Personal Intro:
I’m 36, Male, 6’0" 185lbs, Type 2 Diabetes, Androgel for Low-T, I’ve been lifting for ~9 months now. In the first 4 months of lifting I had very good noticeable improvement both in how I looked and the amount of weight I could lift. Then I had a noticable decrease in sex drive, my blood sugar was spiking beyond control (I was taking oral diabetes meds and working out harder and eating better than I have ever done), my T levels were very low.

I am on injectable insulin product now and use Androgel. I have only been able to make very minor gains the last 5 months, I’ve tried various routines in both structure and volume, suppliments (protien, preworkouts, Ammo Acid products), even a personal trainer. My 5 rep bench when from 90lb to 200lb the first 4 months, I have not been able to increase it since then, I have put on 20lbs over the course of my lifting and my chest has gone from 39" to 42". I don’t feel like I am accomplishing much now and looking for a boost.

My Question:
It appears PCT is geared toward restarting your natural Test production after a cycle, however I’m already on Androgel and I have been for months now, so I should not have natural test production to restart, I would still be on androgel throughout the cycle and after. Is a PCT needed in this case? I haven’t been able to find and answer to this through searching the forums.

I am not the bodybuilder type, but I need a “safe” push at this point and my test is already shot so I see it as minimal risk. I was considering the low dose Dbol since lots of use and testing has been done, the same with Turanabol for less rest of side effects and also the PHs Epistane and Helladrol. I’m leaning toward Helladrol right now.

No you obviously have no need for pct, I suggest getting off the gel and switching to injections though. Dbol may affect your blood sugar levels so keep an eye on that. Why run prohormones? Just get some test man.

Androgel for me $10/month on my insurance, and I actually end up being reimbursed for that. Plus not not a big fan of needles. I just have a preference to dip my feed with something light to see how my body reacts to it first.

Lol ok whatever excuse justifies your irrational fear of needles
