Whats your guys opinions on a 2nd cycle with testo e + parabolin from alpha pharma ?
I have always said too myself to wait with tren but ppl i meet teel me all diffrent kinds of things, for instance:
One dude who loves the shit , he dont get any bad sides cept swetty n minor trensomnia but his gains are insane and he really hates jumping of the tren, he said try it out at low dose
Dude nr2 hates it, he got so much acne it took him a year and half to get rid of it and other than that he thought the sides was horrible, he said never do this strong as shit
Dude nr3 says he got moderat sides but its well worth it once a year cuz of the good gains , so he think i should try it out at lowdose
Im really intrested in it but do you guys think i should go with a less strong cycle as 2nd , testo + deca for instance?

Can you start with 1 vial e4d (about 90-100mg parabolan a week) or is it too much for first cycle ? Im about 190lbs at 8% bf and 5’11

Also i dont feel anything special from my IGF yet, only that i feel fatigue rest of the day, mb you aint suposed to feel anything when you pin it post-wo and on PCT who knows!
Mabey i destoryed it on storage? I had it in the freezer as powdered then i put it in the refrigirator and diluted 1mg with 2ml bac water , as i heard from many sources that it wont affect the quality its just broscience!

My progress so far in these 22 days have been good, i was a little bit “scared” too jump of my first cycle cuz all these stuff i read about how much ppl loose and how lazy and bad they feel, but i actually dont feel anything of that!
When i jumped off my cycle i was about 183 pounds on 4-5% bf almost ready for the stage (just needed to drop water n carboload but i didnt go thru that as i didnt step on stage) now after 22 days and also started a bulk wich contains lean foods im at about 190 pounds and 7-8% bf, feels good , going to bulk up so im at around 10% and stay there and then do a cycle of either test + tren or test + npp
so far i dont feel nothing out from the IGF, i will try it pre workout sometime just too see if my pumps get better, i might have destroyd my IGF?

Yes i also think that alot of mindpower have to be used in a PCT, its more important to be serious now than on cycle!
Day 23-24 , 19-20 of nolva:
Today i hit my chest and a little bit of arms, was a really good workout with great pumps, i think my new diet plan is helping me good!
Sippin on a drink with malto + bcaa + eaa thru my whole workout helps with keeping pump and slightly on my endurance!
Did about 20 sets chest and 9 sets on arms !
My sexdrive is great, sleeping have been a little bit worse due to its so fucking hot, eating has been good and workouts have been great so far!
Its so freaking hot where i live right now so not much cept the gym is done, i do some cardio after the workouts in the gym, jump on my bike at home or play some basketball with my friends for cardio this week!
Also i will be eating 1 cheatmeal every other day this week just because i can, i was at 7% bf so no need to be all clean, aiming for 210 pounds on 10-12%, alltho im not a big fan of junkfood but icecream got my going these hot days, its really refreshing!
I hit my legs today ,did a completly diffrent workout than i used too, i hit legs with this guy on the gym who have been training for many years, was a great workout with some excersise i dont usually do so i guess im in pain tomorrow, also good with some variation in the routine!
Have pinned IGF1-LR3 for about a week now and so far i dont feel nothing , doing 25mc each muscle group post wo (20-30 mins after) and the IGF i have is from a good source so its no bad shit, mb i aint suppoed to feel anything but i will try pinning Pre-wo some day just to feel if it gives me more pump!
Anyway , i hit shoulders today , did presses in the end like YOGI said he used to and i can say my shoulders was damn sore after this workout, also started with db presses as first excersise and i havent pressed in 4-5 weeks or so (cant remember exactly).
Was a good workout alltho im pretty sore from all the sun, almost feels like im sick but thats only in my head , my body still is very strong and got alot of endurance!
Started to notice slightly loss of this pump you have on cycle all the time i mean i felt like i had a little bit pump all the time, like ive done lightweight warmup excersies for all muscle groups lol…
But it doesnt affect me much cuz i can still outwork guys who is on and i kept almost all my strenght gains from cycle!
Today i did arms, about 12 set on both bicep and triceps and i had massive pumps and it was a great workout!
Last two days of my “cheat week” today i had one cheat meal , all other meals were on point!
The cheatmeal was a dubble burger at a resturant (300g black angus steak)
Tomorrow i will have a active rest day where i do some calves and some cardio!
Nothing to add today cept that it was a good day of, went out too the sea and did alot of swinning and sunbathing, diet on point aswell, really nice day!
Looking forward till next week when i start follow my dietplan to 110% again and do cardio everyday (gonna do some martial arts 2 times a week and pw everyday when i dont do martial arts)
Well these last two days have been wonderfull weather but idk if i have gotten sick from all the sun or smth, sweating like a pig in the gym, much more than what i use too.
Did back + rear delts on sunday and today i did chest + triceps
cardio sunday was swimming and cardio today was 20min high tempo on bike
diet is spot on again and it really motivation for me to put in work a 100%!
new gains shall be made on this bulk!
Ok so now idk if i have catch som virus or if the IGF1 have “kicked in”, i feel a little bit tired all day and today like 2 hours after i pinned it, i got really really tired and was craving for some food (hypo?) Got a light headache all day aswell and sweating like hell, anyone knows what it can be or is it the igf ?

yeah, this might be the Nolvadex… i know it knocks IGF-1 down about 20% or so, but i would hope it wouldn’t make this completely ineffective.
FYI, nolva does make ya drowsy, so you’re better off taking it in the evening…
So my Nolva so far have been 40/40/20/20 can i do 2 weeks now on 10 and then stop taking it or should i run another week of 20 and then go two weeks of 10?
Did shoulders today, some NOS all the way first excersis wich was cable side lifts then working some presses and then back too rear and outter delts only!
For you who dont know what NOS is (neurologic overload system) check that shit out, good stuff!
i hope everyone keep eating your meals and go do your workout and always challange yourself in the gym, never be satisfied with doing 10 easy reps for a set, it should be pushing you to the limits no matter what its heavy or with superstrict form and light weights!

also noticing when squeezing (lol gay) my nips tiny little bit of clear liquid comes out, less than a teardrop… should i get this check out or is it normal? Prolactin too high ?
