Alright then i def gonna keep 40 for another week cuz i dont feel any diffrent in my body with nolva, feeling great this 12 days off steroids so far, no dip yet and libido couldnt be better !

Went to the gym early today, after breakfest wich was 60g oats mixed with 50g banan 100g cottage cheese 20g proteinpowder and 2 whole eggs!
Had great fucking pump today , felt like i was on cycle , just great!
Strenght was good and endurance never a problem , i dont hit the weights quite as hard now as on cycle tho in terms of going to failure, but the weights are the same or slightly less / more weight in some excersises!
Going to eat very clean today and tomrrow i will have my last eating day before i start with my new diet plan i got!
Also starting IGF-1 LR3 Next week when i get my needles, will be intresting!

I started at 21 weeks out from my show, currently 12 weeks out (a little bit over).
Im having a little break today vistiting an old friend and just eating whatever i want, back tomorow and starting my bulkdiet plan on monday and going to eat clean for rest of the year!
Back home again after a really BULKY weekend, yesterday i probably ate nothing with good nutritional value cept cottage cheese and eggs (and a glass of beer) , but you gotta have these days to right?
Come home like 2-3 hours ago after a 3 hours car drive, went to the gym really tired and just hit the calves good and some legs and 10 min each on cycle + treadmill, nothing special just to get a workout done!
Anyway, i feel good in my body, nothing has really changed from the cycle cept a little bit pump in my body and i kinda wonder when the bad part of pct is gonna kick in lols?
and as i said before , i appriciate whatever advice or help i can get, feel free too write anything!
Tomorrow i will go back to strict bulk-diet , 8 hours sleep and damn hard workouts!
Started my bulk diet plan today, about 6 meals a day with good variation of everything (protein, carbs , fats , fibers , vitamins , minerals)
Feeling great at the gym today ,hit my back n rear delts (also threw in some biceps 5 sets total), pumps was really good today, lats + biceps were rock hard and contact with em was good!
Got my Slin needles today aswell so tomorrow i can start pin my IGF1-LR3 , what you guys thoughts on that ? I wanna do i postworkout sub-q or mb pin my calves / biceps / pecs about 30-60 min after workout
Reading so many studies about IGF1 make me fucking crazy, one says do it post bi-laterlly - other says do it pre workout subq - another says sub-q 1 hour post work out and so on, read like 100 diffrent stuides and bro science threads and i guess the only way to go is too try whatever i feel for!
That was a long cycle. I wouldn’t expect any big dip on how you feel for a month or so possibly. But hey, hopefully you just keep feelin like a champ! Everyone is different. this is an interesting thread to follow. No pics like before cycle, after cycle, then maybe month post cycle?

Yeah true it was a long cycle, stupidity, but hey you learn from your mistakes right? And yes hopfully i wont get any dip and keep feeling like a champ!

yeah, the cycle was long, but it’s interesting what you did, in switching from test e to test p. i don’t think you’re gonna have any weird dip, at this point… keep on PCT, and you should be good.

Yes cycle was long but i guess the e-esters are allt out my system since long and so is the propp esters to so if i would have any dip it feels like it would be now?

Hit my chest n triceps today, pumps was really good even tho i had a girl over last night and didnt sleep alot and i felt way to relaxed to have a good workout today but it ended up great!

Will this shit make my organs grown from one cycle? Probably hard to say and it all depends on genetics and dose i get that BUT from ppl i talked to who cycle this shit alot (not just 1 cycle of 50mcg ed , 5 weeks) like cycle 4 week on 6 off all year, they say from one cycle it wont do shit…
But then i read that they can sure get bigger from one cycle, the cells take about 6 months to mature after a cycle (some say) and it can grow my gut… all this “broscience” makes me crazy, someone explain it? WILL I HAVE GH GUT FROM 1 CYCLE OR IS IT BS?

Well i wont do 20 weeks cycle again i think its not good to stay on for such a long period, i will do 8 weeks on 12 weeks of in the future with only fast esters and kinda low / moderate doses!
So two weeks into the nolva cycle and everything feels great, im not as hard as i was on my cycle (gained a little bit of water + fat) but im still under 10% (around 7-8% now) and the weight is up by about 5 pounds since i jumped off and started bulking!
Today i did legs and calves, had insane pump in my legs and i puked a little bit after last set of squats, my workout today was as following:
6 sets of leg extensions , set 1-4 15 reps then two NOS set (8 - 8 - 8 - 10 reps, starting with high weight and dropping)
5 sets of DEEP squats, 16 - 14 - 12 - 10 - 20 reps (finished of with a pump set)
4 sets of lunges 30 steps each set (15 per leg) with kinda low weight
4 sets of Leg presses, last set was a NOS set
4 sets of Leg curls (hamstring)
3 sets of lying leg curls with a dumbell between my feet
And then hit the calves like 5-6 sets HEAVY and with super strict form, going all the way up (stay at the top for 2 secs) and all the way down stretching at the bottom!
now im going to relax and later today a 45 min walk !
Hello , forgot to write yesterday but it was good as usual, feeling a lill bit more tired after i pin my igf1 tho, almost fall asleep 2 days in a row after my post wo meal and i feel kinda tired rest of the day after the pin, but in the morning next day im fine again!
Anyway i hit shoulders yesterday and i dont do presses anymore or front deltoids because my front is bigger than the rear, pretty common as a beginner!
I do alotta width and back of the delt training only, workout went great and also did 45 min powerwalk in the morning and 10 min (1 min light resistance and 30 sec heavy resistance the whole 10 mins ) after the workout!
Today im hitting mah arms n doing some cardio afterwards!!
I don’t do much overhead pressing either, but I do a few sets of a high incline smith press after all my raises which is horrible but pretty effective. It’s the only time I’ve felt a press in the lateral delts. Maybe you could try that.

Yeah i used to finish of with some behind the head presses in smith (is it the excersise you mean?) but i didnt do it yesterday!

I don’t do behind the neck anything - my head’s too big and my shoulders aren’t flexible enough!
I set the bench to a high incline (the highest it can go without being vertical), sit a little foward, and arch my back with my feet braced hard. It’s more of a really high incline press than an overhead press, but when your rear and side delts are pre-exhausted you really feel the strain in your entire shoulder, which I’ve never felt before on a press (I am quite anterior delt dominant).
