PCT Log After 20 Weeks Cycle

So i made a misstake during my first cycle and increased the lenght from 14 weeks to 20 weeks, but you cant go back in time so here i wanted to share my PCT for my first cycle.

Made great results, gained about 17 pounds first 14 weeks and went from 9%-8% bf then i started to cut with the fast esters doing 2000 kcal per day, 100 carbs or less and i dropped about 4.5pounds and was at 5%.

Started a lean bulk (adding 1000-1200kcal per day) together with the PCT doing 200g carbs and 300g protein, 80-100g fat per day

I did:
week 1-14 testo e 250mg e4d
week 6-14 mast e 225mg e4d
week 14-20 test p + mast p 150 and 200mg eod
week 18-20 1000iu HCG eod
PCT:
I will be running Nolvadex + IGF1-LR3
first 10 days 40mg nolva then 20mg till i feel good
from week 2-7 i will be running IGF1-LR3 50mcg post workout im or subq!

So first day of Nolva:
5 days since last shot,Feeling great today the bulk pump in my body really started too feel today had very great pump on todays workout doing 20 sets back and 8 sets rear delt

No signs of reduced strenght or mood or anything but i guess that is way too early to say!

HCG would have made your recovery a lot easier from such a long cycle. Good luck with the recovery.

Oh forgot too write that , did HCG last two weeks of cycle of 1000iu eod

Day 6:

2nd day of nolvadex and everything is still fine, pumps are great my veins are popping everywhere on my chest today! probably cuz i reintroduced carbs into my diet again!

my workout today was:

5set incline dumbell presses (first really heavy with almost straight bench then going easier and more reps and doing a bigger angel on the bench)

4 sets of incline flyes , really lightweight and contact
5sets of benchpress (wide grip and slow contact movement ala serge nubret style)
5sets of cable cross flyes standing upright and targeting lower part of chest (12 reps each set pretty light weight contact)
3 sets of pullovers with dumbell superset with wide pushups

then 3 excersises of tricep (skullcrusher , pushdowns , rope pushdowns)

been eatin hell alot today but all good foods!

This weekend im taking two days of cuz ive done 20 days in a row of working out, going to lower my carbs and eat alotta protein !

Day 7 after last shot , day 3 of nolvadex:

Feeling good today, energy is good and the pump in the body are great, veins are showing all over the body and im trying to eat almost 0 carbs this weekend to reintroduce carbs before workout on monday!

did a 45 min powerwalk this morning and will shoot some hoops later with my friends, i dont like to take days off but its necesarry!

Food this weekend will contain:

eggs , ground beef , chicken , beef and some organic peanutbutter as proteinsources
feta cheese, organic peanutbutter, almods as fat sources
aspargus , broccoli , tomatoes, spinach and sallad is my vegetables of choice for this weekend!

Day 8, day 4 of nolvadex:

No sign of going off cycle yet, still feeling great and pump in my body is really good!
Went out this morning for a 45min walk medium tempo and later today i will head to the gym too do some bodyweight exercises (rest day today too so light work) 5 set each of chins + dips + pushups + squats and handstand pushups also so gymnastic works and stretching will be done!

Food today will conatin only proteins and fat again , reintroducing carbs tomorrow again!
Going to try 2 days on carbs 1 day of and see if theres gonna be results on that, whats your thoughts guys ?

Started with DAA yesterday too, drinking in the morning on empty stomach and before bedtime aswell!
Tomorrow mb starting IGF1-LR3, injecting as pwo 30 mins before workout subq or im too see reults!

Day 9 , day 5 with nolvadex:

Been a lill bit tired today, dont know why but probably from not eating any carbs this weekend (approx 40g total) but i took my daily cup of coffe and 150mg caffeine before the gym and the workout was good, pumps were great and veins all over!

Did 24 sets of back (deadlifts , chins , db row , barbell row , wide grip pulldown, close grip pulldown) and some bicep + rear delts!

I wont follow any strict workout regime right now this first few weeks of pct , i will just go there and mix up and do whatever excersises i feel like, for instance today i did one superset and one excersies with only NOS sets, BUT i will hit every muscle group once a week cept calves i will start with EoD cuz they need some work!

Anyway after my workout i ate 100g aspargus , 50g broccoli , 250g chicken and some wholegrain rice with mashed banan in it, i was hungry after like 10 minutes of that and the next meal was 250g of beef + potatoes and same here, felt like my body just ate up all the food and nothing went to muscles! Felt catabloic 10 min after the foods!

So now i cheated a little bit and bought a big protein bar and chopped it up and put it in 300 grams cottage cheese (approx 40g carbs , 70g protein) and now i feel a little bit full but i could probably eat hell alot more but thats a no no!

Probably pinning IGF1-LR3 In the beginning of next week or later this week!

Day 10, 6 of nolvadex:

WONDER IF ANYONE READS THIS? If not imma continiue anyway to keep track of my PCT !

Been working at my nephews moving company today, helped to move a guys appartment and it was well exhausting cuz we got like 96 degrees in the shade today aswell, so no cardio needed cuz 8 hours of carrying heavy stuff is enough!

Anyway i went to the gym kinda tired after work, but it was a good workout had great pumps and afterwards took a very cold bath and felt so damn good to, high on life kinda feeling!

Did chest + triceps today:
4 sets bench: 12 reps , 10 reps, 8 reps , 20 reps (pump set at end)
4 sets of incline dumbell, same with the reps
3 sets of weighted dips
4 sets of incline flyes
3 sets of cabel cross flyes standin straight up targeting lower pecs

triceps was:
4 sets of narrow grip bench
4 sets of cable pushdowns
3 sets of dumbell kickbacks laying on the bench
3 sets of rope pushdowns

foods been almost all clean cept a protein bar , 280g protein 80g fat and 200g carbs kinda!

Day 11 and first week of nolva completed!

11 days of and 7 days of nolva pros/cons:

Pros:
Not need to pin myself eod
full night sleep, no waking up
Veins still pop like shit and my bf% is almost the same even tho i have started bulking

Cons:
A little bit of loss in mass (very very little loss so far)
Not the same pump in the gym
A little strenght loss (think its only in my mind tho)

Woke up with a sore throath thought i was gunna skip gym today but ended up (after damn lotta food + a trip to the sea) i went for some leg + calves workout , not a serious solid workout but i was there , better than nothing!

Im definitely reading. Currently on my first cycle (will end up being 20/21 weeks). I’m planning on HCG blast and Nolva so interested to see how you do.

What week on your cycle are you on right now?

Day 12, day 8 of nolva:

I lowered my dose on nolva now to 20mg ed, will run it for quite a long time i guess (5 weeks something)

But the funny thing is i dont feel any dip yet cept in my mind i can feel weaker and my libido is great, im almost more horny now than i was on cycle, why is that anyone?
Will it be worse or am i thru the “hard part” of pct?

Today i hit the gym kinda early cuz its so fucking hot outside i dont wanna sit in the sun all day and get lazy!

Shoulders traps n calves done, focusing alot on my rear delts and middle part as my front is bigger (ooh how unusual right?)

Been eating clean foods today cept a proteinbar (addicted?) but im still very lean, at about 7% fat

Going to start eat and workout from a new masterplan i just got today, will be very funny and motivating!

standard protocol is 40/40/20/20.

I like how you’re going to run your PCT a little longer. I think most people rush through their PCT because they just want to get it over with.

After three weeks or so, add some stinging nettle extract. That’ll lower SHBG and free up more test.

Ive taken only 20mg today is it no problem to start with 40mg tommorow Again for a week then?

Na, missing one day at 40 won’t kill you. Definitely do another week at 40 though. A good PCT is what seperates a good cycle from a great cycle!

Keep updating the log, I’m actually doing a fairly agressive PCT after a 14 weeks cycle (not including taper) myself so I’ll be interested to hear how you get on.
