Has anyone used Pavel’s ladders for exercises besides pull-ups? I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work, even for single-joint movements. Any thoughts?

Used it for push ups.
Went from 40 to 58…well pavel pushups any way.Butt tight, abs tight, clawing the ground, external rotation shoulders, high tension. My older brother used his pushup program bastard can now do 72 from 55. cool stuff considering before I thought if I could do 35 that was good.
