Hi CT, I’ve started to use front squats with a 3 second pause at the bottom and highbar squats with pause as well.
Is there any merit to adding the pause at a different point in the lift or would the bottom position be most beneficial for weightlifting?
For front squats doing a clean with pause at the bottom position plus 2 front squats with pause.

I also like to use front squats with a pause at the parallel position to strengthen the angle where you receive the bar in a clean.
