I got way fatter and stopped squating and deadlifting recently, but before I did I hit a 700 squat and 700x4 dead. Just recently did 405x15 (cheating) on bench - YouTube

Damn you are putting up some sick as hell numbers. I havent really made too many imporements. some slight ones in upper body exercises. 335 bench but nothing too great and some improvements in biceps, triceps, shoulders. ive realized i make shitty as hell gains unless im putting on weight. so right now im planning on getting my body fat lower and then getting up to 275 pounds and hopefully put up some much bigger numbers at that point.

I’ll post my diet in a little bit.

lol, dumbbells are more about just learning the grooe than actual strength. I can push a shitload on a bar when I do any kind of low rep dumbell work Im like a little girl.

yah man im freaking embarrassing using them. and i see weak ass people doing the same weights no problem who can barely bench 225.

lol 210 dollars but will last more than a month. Probably around 175 a month I’d guess. I don’t really spend money on anything anyway so it dosen’t really matter to me. I just wanted to make sure i had all I needed while trying to drop some weight. Normally i just got whey and creatine
