Alright workout. 545 wasent very hard. i think i could of doubled it. i couldnt lock out 570 though and i started to lose grip at the top. next time ill get it
Great workout, 285x2 wasent that hard so i had to go for the 300. the 300 was pretty hard though. could of probly gotten 305 if i didnt do the 285x2 first. went light on squata cause big squat workout next time.
Pretty good workout. First 6 sets only 3 min rest. then went up an extra 30 seconds for each following set, so my last set i rested 5 min for. Preacher curls real slow tempo

Good workout. 455 was fucking hard as hell. my boxers ripped right at the bottom and it through me off and i barely somehow got it up, i definitly felt like i was going down but soemhow got it up. friend made me push myself harder on the abs than usual today.
