my routine for squats and deadlifts is sheiko. i just finished the last week of part 2 of the begginer program so now i am going to be uping the weights to PRS.

like 3 monthes. its my second time trying some sheiko. i really like it, and it seems to have been helping my lifts pretty well

Really awsome workout. HUGEdeadlift pr. had alot of trouble with lockout on rep 5. im definitly gonna hit something big, high 500s. tryed to add weight to the 120 pound dumbells, it worked alright. but both sets had 1 rest pause in it cause the dumbell fell off and i had to reset it. felt strong today.

Six plates per side is a disturbing gym lift. That is unbelivable strength when you think of it.

yah man, ive never even soemone someone lift 5 plates at my gym.

were both not far off at all of getting 6 plates!

I used that 10x3 program for my arms and now their strenght and size has gotten alot better.

You used Ed Coans bench program right?

If you did… how were the results?

I never know what program you’re doing!
