OMG. This!

And seriously, your weekend trips sound awesome. maybe I need to move out of the city. hrrrrmmmm.
No need to move out, just run away occasionally.

Lovely photos! Snow is a pain in the arse if you’re trying to get to work but it makes for a nice time away. And mmm cocoa at breakfast sounds nom.
I am also a goat cheese fan. I hated cheese up until I was 19, then started eating it. Now I love every cheese, even the stinky blue ones.

So whats this I hear about you gettin married?

X 2 on the hair and the dating. I’m interested in this dating stuff you speak of. 0_0

Aren’t you doing some of this dating stuff but in your own special Chloroform, OxyContin and rope way?
I haven’t found anyone worthy of kidnapping and brain washing yet. :-/

Oh it’s going to be a small non-existent ceremony, so I can’t invite you, I totally would otherwise. I am accepting gifts though. Since there’s no actual wedding I didn’t register anywhere, but cash will be accepted. I’ll PM you the address. Thanks, I’ll be sure to send a note when I get it.

Hmm, that is a dilemma. I can point you towards a ginger viking that might fit the bill.

Do these books have a high resale value? I have an ebay account.

Monday
AM: I stretched, I’m a bit sore and bruised from the weekend. The guys do not treat me like the delicate flower I am, so I got pelted with a lot of snow balls, subjected to a lot of throws and used to demonstrate new ninja moves. You ever get that urge to run up to someone, knock them down, and keep running? Yeah, so did they.

PM: Not feeling my program, and I kinda wanted to bench, so…

Inverted Rows BW 5x5
Cause I miss these on occasion

BB BP 45x5 75x5 80x2x5 85x3x5
I’ve been reading the Q&A, I know if I put in leg drive and used technique, this number could be higher, but I’m not a powerlifter… should I still make the BP a full body motion? The suggestion of pulling the bar apart was spot on though.

Row on the pully machine I used the V handle, did some weights x 5 x5

Pushups off the bench 5x5

Then I did a bit of YTLW, some shoulder savers and band pull aparts while watching a guy load up a bar and do 1/8 squats with all the 45s he could fit on the bar.

Congrats on the mutually agreeing to get hitched!

I consider it an honor to be treated as prey by the little ninja kiddos!

As for the bench, do you want to brag about your bench 1 RM? If so, you should bench like a PL. Do you want to build a bigger chest? Don’t bench, it’s bad for your shoulders and elbows and stuff. I’ll see if I can dig up the T-Nation article discussing this.
I did some of those shoulder savers today. I can’t say I really get it.

Good work training sore!

just promise me you wont do this post marriage

Its a tragedy and it makes a mockery of marriage.

yay- for married
yay?

Don’t get a baby with a dog collar!!

Anywho…here is a good article…but you want to bench, yes? I’d guess that you still pull your shoulders together for shoulder health but don’t exaggerate the arch etc

Also a very good article which I love which explains why we should focus on more pressing movements(Over head)

By mutually agreed you mean that you all agreed, right? Because so far, that’s who’s agreed
