RDL’s at 135 for that many sets is very stout. I like your gym style, but it took my WAY longer than it should have to read your shirt.

I’ve been playing with a variety of different rear delt smovement. Man those little guys are weak. I don’t think I’ve ever awknowledged they existed.

Oh the running yoga flow is just a quick flow I yanked from the Internet. It’s posted a few pages back. Im really liking it.

I find that happens to guys a lot. They’ll be reading the shirt way longer than you’d think one word would take :slight_smile:

Thanks! I felt good. It was my hula hoop outfit. I tend to hit myself a lot so the long sleeves keep the damage down.

For the record, I’m not clumsy. I just make and effort to try new things and that involves the risk of being hit with the hoop. Or you know hitting the person next to you. Which I did. Twice.
