nice outfit! really like that shade of blue. beautiful curves ![]()
I love the running outfit! Yeah. I’m excited for you.
When it comes to running, I have to try very hard not to be the annoying unnamed character in Green Eggs and Ham. I don’t often succeed. Everyone must love running and want to be a runner!
“You do not like them
So you say.
Try them! Try them!
And you may.
Try them and you may I say!”

You do look like a runner there![/quote]
That means I must be a runner, right?

It’s a really warm rash guard.
Thanks, I like my curves, I just to define them a little better!

I finished the series this morning, what a great read. There are many times I feel just like him, lol. He even went through the whole “what do I do with my arms?” thing!
He shares your conversion sentiment. I’ll stick it out for the semester. There are times when I’m running that I actually enjoy it, granted they’re short sporadic bursts, but it’s enough to make me wonder if one day I’ll feel elegant running.
Ahahahaha! That writer is hilarious! Love that “I loved running but it made me too tired” LOL.
Sometimes at the gym if someone is watching me doing something I know they perceive as gnarly, basically anything with the big plates I like to look at the weight when I’m done and say “why so heavy?” Usually good for at least a smile.
I loved lifting weights they just got too damn heavy.

I would say yes.
And I have seen a lot of runners.
I have been passed by some of the fastest runners in the world, lol

Here’s a puppy running just for you.

Hola Patch! I’m doing a run by LOLCating…
Pic unrelated to anything ![]()
This entire conversation about running is hilarious. Next time I lift heavy, I’m going to say, “why weight so heavy?”
big smiles this morning!
Totally jelly of the running. Wish I could join you. Anyway, you look good. Yes you do.

Sunday
D3
10 min jumping rope - Still slow, but I think less hitting myself interruptions.
Walking Lunge 5 sets x 6 x 6 ea leg - 20lb dbs
Incline Push Up 5 x 6
Romanian DL 95lbsx 5x6
Legs did much better with this, but fuck my grip was not there. I could barely hold on for all the reps. I tried to go for mixed, but it feels weird in the underhand side. Hopefully this deals with itself soon. Once I get the motion down, my butt is going to be handle a lot more weight.
Side Raise 2x 25
Wall Sit 5 sets to failure with 45 sec between
30sec to fail each time again. Am I supposed to be sucking my gut in for this?
Monday
AM:
Still in the deathly DOMs stage. My hands and forearms are so enough that making fists hurts. My ribs oddly hurt too, are sore intercostal muscles possible?
So, I spent time with the foam roller, and then rowed 3000m. It took 15min though, so it was more just to move then anything else.
PM:
Still sore as fuck, I missed yoga sat, and MLK = no classes, so I went to gentle yoga in the afternoon. Yeah, not gentle. My hands could barely deal with it. I swear we spent 30 min in bird dog variations.
Then I was missing my inverted rows so I tried a few, lets just say I came to the conclusion that there’s more gravity then usual today.

Oh, I’m so stealing that from you!
I think I’m going to be friendlier at the gym. I usually have my bitch face on, but you guys seem to be all nice and friendly when you workout. I gives it a try!

Oh hey, me too!

Spin this morning!
Did measurements, nothing has changed since the beginning of Dec, which I’m going to think of as good since I ate whatever for a lot of the holidays.
Inches 1/17
Upper 11.5
Boobies 41
Natural Waist 31
Lrg Prt of Waist 35.5
Hip 41
Thigh 22.5
Calf 14.5
I’ll pay attention to diet for the next month, and then re measure and see how things go.

Over on g+ we came to the conclusion that in fact there was more gravity than usual yesterday.
