I spent 45 min with the foam roller. I’ve never spent time on my arms and sides. They let me know that they were unhappy with that.

Spin! The instructor asked me what I liked spin class wise because I was early. I went with lots of hills, no breaks. He took my hill advice! We still took a few breaks. It was fucking brutal, and awesome.

Hmm I can’t count past 3 reps anymore. And I stare at numbers all day long. I can’t even load the bar properly, its like math and lifting don’t work at the same time in my brain.
Sorry I kinda just dipped for a bit. I ran away from everything for a while and went and played housewife for a bit. I’ve got a strong hipster domestic streak in me but don’t often have the time to tend to it. I also don’t really want to put the effort into morphing stuff into clean versions, sometimes pie needs to be made with white flour and refined sugar, right? I made a lemon meringue today and it turned out wonderfully.
I haven’t set foot in the gym since last Saturday. I did roll a bit last week, and boy do I suck now. It felt good though. Monday, 5am I’ll be back at it. I’ve eaten as much as I’ve cooked, lol.
Haven’t done much this week either. Did some push ups, went to hula hoop class, and ran! Not a bunch, but it felt good. I think this may be the semester to run.

SF not happening Mah friend in the area is a bit crazy and actually flew to russia! I wanted to camp in the redwoods, but instead will be hiking here. It should be pretty, the snow and stars and quiet for the new year.

Oh, I know!
Both on the awesome wife capabilities but also on the progress part. I’m hiking all weekend, and that was a great kick in the pants last time. We’ve rented a yurt. It should be a blast. I should probably stop dicking around right now though and plan what next semesters workout schedule is going to be.
