Nope. Turns out smith machine is actually pretty high so I moved to the bench for push ups. It rocked my world - in a bad way.
Bad as in good??

I use the bench…it’s tough!
Bad as in insanely tough!

I’ve been doing stuff in the gym too, nothing noteworthy except for moving push ups to the bench. Turns out it’s lower than the smith machine, thus once again super hard!

I cam in here to write something… but then I saw your new avi and I blacked out.

Ok… lemmme try this again… nope. Nope. Woman down!
halp!

Feet on bench or hands on bench?

Hand on the bench! Very non BMAF, but I’m working on it. I do pay special attention to keeping elbows close and my body straight. So they’re perfect form, just not at the right angle yet.

Got it. Less complaining about my fatz. More fighting with gravity. Boom!
Sounds like a good plan to me. Owe you some pics too.

Yeah, that’s good. I keep my elbows in when I do push-ups. I pretty much have to - the more T-shaped push-ups most people do hurt my shoulder.

I hated doing push-ups as a kid. Still dislike them.

I have found all the exercises you don’t like ot do are the ones you should be doing.

Pic unrelated.

I don’t know if you’ve seen the push up article that came out awhile ago?

Before that, I was doing them the ‘T,’ way.

Oh, hey, nap time? I’ll just cuddle up next to you on the ground there.

Yeah, I read that article, and since I was starting from scratch I thought I might as well do them correctly. I don’t find the t shape ones easier anyway.

Lately that has been almost all of them…

Sat:
Box Jumps 15,25,25,25,25

Incline Push Ups (bench) BWx 5x5

Lat Pull Down 105x5x5
I had to use the Nautilus LP since the normal one was being occupied. It was actually pretty nice, expect for how ocd the people who use them are about staying in proper machine order.

Sun:
I wasn’t feeling anything, so I hung out on the treadmill. Walked for about 30 min, and was at 3.5 with an incline of 10 for 20 of those minutes. Hard, but not complicated. Then the sauna, so nice.

sauna!

pushups are good
close elbows are BAMF

getting lower with them - is BMAF too

Wait … I thought I already had you.
you did…I was in denial. Hot Athletic Indian Princesses are my Kryptonite.

Hola Patch! Long time no message

Pushups of any kind are bad-ass, and you will be at the proper angle in less time than you think. Good on you for focusing on form. I need to fix my form and not be such a rep whore.

YES! Perfect.
When I pass out for your sexiness we will turn it into an impromptu cuddle/nap
