I’ve been doing stuff in the gym too, nothing noteworthy except for moving push ups to the bench. Turns out it’s lower than the smith machine, thus once again super hard!

Feet on bench or hands on bench?
Hand on the bench! Very non BMAF, but I’m working on it. I do pay special attention to keeping elbows close and my body straight. So they’re perfect form, just not at the right angle yet.

Yeah, that’s good. I keep my elbows in when I do push-ups. I pretty much have to - the more T-shaped push-ups most people do hurt my shoulder.
I don’t know if you’ve seen the push up article that came out awhile ago?
Before that, I was doing them the ‘T,’ way.
Yeah, I read that article, and since I was starting from scratch I thought I might as well do them correctly. I don’t find the t shape ones easier anyway.

I had to use the Nautilus LP since the normal one was being occupied. It was actually pretty nice, expect for how ocd the people who use them are about staying in proper machine order.

I wasn’t feeling anything, so I hung out on the treadmill. Walked for about 30 min, and was at 3.5 with an incline of 10 for 20 of those minutes. Hard, but not complicated. Then the sauna, so nice.
Pushups of any kind are bad-ass, and you will be at the proper angle in less time than you think. Good on you for focusing on form. I need to fix my form and not be such a rep whore.
