The long term, before I dies goal is 300 (assuming I can get down to 150) it’s just not on a front burner now. I’ve got’s to lean out more before I try to get stronger. I see you complaining about your abs and cringe at my layer of fluff.

Um, I’m cutting for two to three weeks. We’ll see what happens to my strenght progression. I have decided to drop down to 135. I think as long as I get the nutrition right Periworkout I should be okay with my 5/3/1 gainz continuing. We’ll SEE!

doing well to get to the gym so early in the morning and at the end of the day, too. i’m just starting to appreciate how tricky it can be to work training round other committments especially when the gym is no longer on your doorstep.

I’m doing a lot of new things, so I think that’s why my strength hasn’t gone down despite the low cals. Newbie gains!

Probably not, but everything I do does work together well. There’s a method to my madness!

It’s a challenge for sure. You’ll figure out what works best for you. It’s really important to realize that it’s a process that’s constantly evolving. After I accepted that there was no perfect, things started going much better.

Wends PM:

Hula hooping! I’m trying to work with a lighter smaller hoop, it’s a lot harder! We worked on a trick where you lift the hoop off your waist and then step into it and keep hooping. I had to do a lot of running across the gym for my hoop, and hitting myself in the face. I’ve fully embraced not giving a fuck in that class, and it’s a blast.

I was super tired after, so made it short in the weight room.

25lb KB swings aimed for 100 it was in sets of 20,40,40

A1) Inverted rows 10, 5x3
A2) Incline pushups 10, 5x3

Exhausted after, the whole session can be summed in one conversation:

Text to my brother: 100 KB swings. I actually threw up in my mouth a little.

His response: That’s what winning tastes like.
