The long term, before I dies goal is 300 (assuming I can get down to 150) it’s just not on a front burner now. I’ve got’s to lean out more before I try to get stronger. I see you complaining about your abs and cringe at my layer of fluff.

What I’m doing is working and livable, but slow. I guess we both just keep on trucking?

A friend of mine got her bunny a professional photo shoot for the college football season. I though you’d get a kick out of it.

I think the hammies are a result of having clips in spin class, pulling up makes the whole class a class of hamstring curls. It’s amazing how much I can feel them after.

At 5am I couldn’t give less of a fuck about anything. I literally roll out of bed, and go to the gym. I don’t actually wake up until about 6am.

Tuesday AM:

I got to spin and it was full!

So, I had to improvise.

Warm, LX, Foam
The LX ball is vital to me being able to move my arms these days. So, I took my time. Oy my shoulders! But I’m going to have a wicked X shape soon. I can feel it coming.

Chin ups with my band! I tried a few sets with my feet in the band, and a few with my knees. I don’t remember numbers. Too early to count apparently.

I managed to fall off the stool, and gash my shin, so that prompted getting the steps out of the cabinet and building a towering platform to stand on. To be able to reach and not be precariously perched on tip toe, I need 8 risers. It was an ordeal.

Then I had 5 min left so I rowed a bit.

It doesn’t look like much, but I was pooped.

Wends Am: Yoga, it sucked, I couldn’t get warm and thus couldn’t get anything to let go. I need to start sleeping bundled.

This is what I think of morning workouts. Sun & Mon had to do snatching at 11am, even that was tough for me. But yesterday at 6pm I was all over that snatch!
