And looking very fine there Patch. The lower half of you is just as dynamite as the upper.

Woo! Just got 2 miles done in 18 min and managed to do 2 big boy push
ups off the ground. Hands at boobie level, arms parallel to body
elbows tucked! That’s the first time I’ve gotten them off the ground!

Did a bit of yoga warm up flow first of course.

I think running twice a week is ideal for me right now, any more and
my knees and ankles hurt in a bad way. I’ve also learned that I can’t
stop mid run, if I do I totally lose momentum and have a lot of
trouble finishing.

Tonite is CW D3. There isn’t going to be any hula hoop class for a
while. One of the adjuncts had a baby last night (a valentine girl!
how adorable!) so I’ve got another class in my schedule. 8 hours of
lecture on M&W!

Covering this extra class is going to mean revamping my schedule. I
thought I’d be able to pop over to the gym after the class, but nope.
We don’t get done and I don’t get out of there until the gym is
already closed.

Anyway I woke up this morning and my body acted like that 2 miles
yesterday was a marathon. It took me about 45 min of rolling around on
the ground to be able to move through a normal range of motion.
Leaving 15 min of deathmill. After 15 min the deathmill told me I did
a mile. So, there’s that.

Noms, they’ve been meh. Tuesday was the my mtg where someone got me my
very own subway sandwich, cause you know, they’re healthy? Yesterday I
was just fucking hungry all day, so I ate:

2 scoops grow, banana, PB - shake
8 Hardboiled eggs
1 bowl of black beans with around 2 oz of cheese
1 Quart sized bag of celery
2 servings of granola (mom, stop giving me this!)
1 serving of greek yogurt
6 figs
2 string cheese
1 cup of milk in about a gallon of coffee

Uh, yeah, I guess the quaility of food isn’t that bad, other than
granola, but the quantity! I think it’s around 2500 calories, maybe
more. So, there’s that. I also think I’m not getting enough water, I
need to pay better attention to that, I’m thirsty a lot.

I weighed myself this morning. 170lbs Still! I’m resigned to the fact
that this number means nothing and will never actually change.

I’ve always wanted to try but I’m not sure why. I guess because ‘milk is for babies.’ (said in Arnold accent)
And I read all the time about how peeps cut dairy when they are trying to lean out.

No your foods weren’t bad considering you are probably busy and food has to be easy. I’d like to see more vegetables. Being vegetarian and all :stuck_out_tongue:
