sigh*
Covering this extra class is going to mean revamping my schedule. I
thought I’d be able to pop over to the gym after the class, but nope.
We don’t get done and I don’t get out of there until the gym is
already closed.
Anyway I woke up this morning and my body acted like that 2 miles
yesterday was a marathon. It took me about 45 min of rolling around on
the ground to be able to move through a normal range of motion.
Leaving 15 min of deathmill. After 15 min the deathmill told me I did
a mile. So, there’s that.
Noms, they’ve been meh. Tuesday was the my mtg where someone got me my
very own subway sandwich, cause you know, they’re healthy? Yesterday I
was just fucking hungry all day, so I ate:
2 scoops grow, banana, PB - shake
8 Hardboiled eggs
1 bowl of black beans with around 2 oz of cheese
1 Quart sized bag of celery
2 servings of granola (mom, stop giving me this!)
1 serving of greek yogurt
6 figs
2 string cheese
1 cup of milk in about a gallon of coffee
Uh, yeah, I guess the quaility of food isn’t that bad, other than
granola, but the quantity! I think it’s around 2500 calories, maybe
more. So, there’s that. I also think I’m not getting enough water, I
need to pay better attention to that, I’m thirsty a lot.
I weighed myself this morning. 170lbs Still! I’m resigned to the fact
that this number means nothing and will never actually change.
