That’s ok, I posted in combat, but I don’t think it’s a very active forum. I like to post detail in case I want to go back and review. You guys get maybe learn some moves?

Well, he is a little douchey, but I’m ok with douchey friends. Not to sound conceited, but I can probably really help him. He doesn’t really know much about lifting, he just does it.

Actually that diagram doesn’t apply to your taxguy sit exactly. What we had with TG aS the pre-emptive strike. He sensed the impending friendzoning and moved first.

For the romanions i find about shoulder width to be ideal and for stiffleg deads i like my legs closer together. You can play around with it a little to see what stance allows you to feel the hamstrings working more effectively.

BJJ is absolutely badass.

England has thousands of people of Indian origin so no one would give you a second glance over here. But your story reminds me of back when I was at University of Essex, where around a third of the students are oriental (mostly Chinese). There was one kid playing an arcade game in the uni bar that I used to play a lot, so I asked him (just striking up a conversation) where he was from. Turns out he was local - his parents owned a takeaway and he was born here. I felt like an idiot.

Actually I seen the wrestlers at my gym do that running backwards thing on the bouncy mat area before. I agree that once a week is better than nothing, at least to keep you in touch as a grappler. Keep things fresh.

Everything so crowded, I couldn’t get a bike in spin, and the stairmills were full? I guess everone has plans tonite. I have plans too… class from 5-9. You’re all jelly, I know.

So I just spent sometime in Treadhell - 20 min of pushing buttons, I did make sure to get in a 5 min stint at a 10 incline.

Then I played on the good girl bad girl machine a bit. I think Lula said I need to pay attention to adductors since my knee gets weirdly achy while running. Are adductors like shoulders? High rep?

Then a bit of mobility stuff and stretching.

Lol, at the time I actually thought of you and how you were complaining about clearing out the room while I would love to clear out the room. He wasn’t being an asshole on purpose though, he was just that stupid. I’m pretty sure he thought he was hitting on me.

Thanks, I think a little closer is better, sometimes I forget to bend my knees and end up doing some sort of weird stiff leg/Romanian combo. It still feels like a new movement to me.
