Partially hydrogenated oils are something you want to minimize in your diet. However, the quantity found in Metabolic Drive Bars is so small that no trans fat is listed in the nutritional facts panel. In other words, it’s significantly less than 1 gram per bar.
Are there any flavors that don’t have any partially-hydrogenated oil at all (even though the bars that do have such a small amount)?

I believe that cookie dough is the only flavor with a trace amount of partially hydrogenated oil.
