Coach, regarding your latest article, by ‘partial squats’ do you mean going down to max 90 degrees/parallel and a ‘full squat’ either Ass-to-Grass or anything below parallel?
Except on Oly lifts, I deliberately stopped doing Ass-to-Grass squats after reading Dr. Joel Seedman’s article on squat depth and halted my range of motion to parallel, but now reading your article makes me second doubt, unless you mean something else by ‘partial squats’.
