So the moderators are deciding what is an “interesting parody thread” or that parody threads all together don’t belong?? I personally don’t want another person deciding what is interesting or funny FOR ME and what isn’t. I would like to decide. There are threads in here that I post damn near 20 times in 1 page, then there are threads that I avoid all together. Guess what, I get to choose which threads I like, I don’t need a moderator to choose for me. This is bullshit[/quote]

If the Mods are seriously going to start moderating GAL because they think certain threads are a waste then I’m not buying anymore supplements from this site.

Might seem immature, but I think this is bullshit and if thats the only bit of power I have to influence anything if at all on this site then I’m using it.

For the record I don’t even like 99% if parodys, I only bother reading parody threads created by people I know to be funny. ID, Vegita, ect. But I don’t like Mods telling me what’s funny and what’s not even more.

Agreed. This type of forum is the ultimate meritocracy. Popular threads get posts and stay near the top, bad threads die. There is no need to remove threads. Possibly relocate them to get them better traffic if they have been mistakenly put in the wrong part of the forum. Yes remove comments or pics that are in breach of the rules. But no need to kill threads artificially. Natural selection takes care of that for us.

I kinda agree with Vegita on this one. Sure a lot of the parody threads are stupid as hell, but so are a lot of the actual threads in GAL.

EDIT: Not that I care too much one way or the other, I’m probably not going to get up in arms about this.
